💼 Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex cloud-native software projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is technically savvy, process-oriented, and has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope. You will work closely with engineering, DevSecOps, QA, and client teams to ensure projects are executed seamlessly, while maintaining high standards of communication, risk management, and accountability.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and deliver software development and infrastructure projects in Agile or hybrid environments.
Collaborate with engineering, DevSecOps, and product teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Create detailed project plans, timelines, and sprint schedules using tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
Drive daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and team reviews.
Proactively identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies, and drive mitigation strategies.
Communicate project progress and status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure technical documentation, project artifacts, and client communication are maintained and shared appropriately.
Support the implementation of process improvements and Agile best practices across teams.
Maintain a strong understanding of cloud technologies, software development lifecycles, and DevOps principles.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of experience in project management roles within software development, DevOps, or cloud-native environments.

Strong familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience running Agile ceremonies.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.

Working knowledge of software development tools and practices (e.g., CI / CD, Git, Cloud platforms).

Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar.

Ability to produce clear documentation, project plans, and stakeholder reports.

📚 Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Technical background or experience as a developer / engineer prior to project management.

Certifications such as PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or PMI-ACP are a plus.

Familiarity with GCP, AWS, or Azure environments.

Experience managing distributed teams and working with global clients.
