Digital Campaign Strategist

Job descriptionBachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with the Braze platform. Familiarity with Braze SDKs (iOS, Android, or Web). Knowledge of Braze Currents and data streaming to external platforms. Able to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and documentation skills for effective knowledge sharing.
Job Overview :
We are seeking an accomplished digital campaign strategist to implement personalized customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities :
- Develop and optimize engagement campaigns using Braze platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver targeted messaging initiatives.
- Create, configure, and maintain campaigns in Braze via Liquid templating and Canvas workflows.
- Integrate Braze with backend systems via REST APIs, Webhooks, and SDKs for seamless data exchange.
- Implement event tracking, user attributes, and audience segmentation for informed decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and optimize message delivery, personalization, and performance metrics.
- Evaluate and ensure adherence to best practices in user privacy, compliance, and data security standards.
- Provide expert technical guidance on utilizing Braze features.
