Your Role :
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Sales Cloud, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical best practices.
- Drive end-to-end development using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and integrations via REST / SOAP APIs, while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure high-quality delivery through agile methodologies, DevOps tools, and continuous improvement of Salesforce applications.
- Act as a technical lead, overseeing solution architecture, code quality, and platform optimization across multiple Salesforce projects.
Your Profile :
10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 4 years in a Tech Lead role.Expertise in Sales Cloud features including Lead and Opportunity Management, LWC, Apex, and API integrations.Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, SOQL / SOSL, Platform Events, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein, Analytics Cloud, Tableau CRM, and DevOps tools like Copado, Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins.Exposure to Pardot / MCAE and cloud-based delivery environments with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.What You Will Love Working at Capgemini :
