Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data across CRM, paid ads, social, and web analytics to uncover trends and performance insights
- Use AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GenAI dashboards, automation platforms) to enhance reporting, forecasting, and analysis
- Build and automate dashboards to track KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and ROI
- Conduct market and competitor research using both traditional and AI-enhanced approaches
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies based on data insights
- Collaborate with Content, Product, and Sales teams to align analytics with business goals
- Design and execute A / B tests, run experiments, and support predictive modeling initiatives
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth strategy, or business intelligenceStrong command of tools such as GA4, HubSpot, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platformsProficiency with AI / GenAI platforms for marketing insights and automationAbility to extract actionable insights from complex data and translate them into business impactExperience building dashboards and reports to support growth and performance trackingExcellent communication and collaboration skillsNice to Have
