About the Role :
We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated, and experienced General + Personal Trainer to join the FitClub team! This hybrid role includes leading group workouts on the floor and offering one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to client goals.
Key Responsibilities : 🔹 General Training (Gym Floor) :
- Monitor members on the gym floor, ensure proper form, and offer guidance.
- Conduct warm-ups, cool-downs, and mini group circuit sessions.
- Keep the floor area safe, clean, and motivating.
- Support members with queries and workout suggestions.
Personal Training (1-on-1 Sessions) :
Create customized fitness programs based on client goals (fat loss, muscle gain, etc.).Track progress and adjust workouts accordingly.Provide nutritional advice and lifestyle tips aligned with fitness goals.Motivate and mentor clients to reach milestones.Requirements :
Certification in Personal Training (ACE, ISSA, or equivalent).Good communication & people skills.Physically fit and able to demonstrate exercises.Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.Perks :
