Location : Indiranagar, Bengaluru (Hybrid : mix of WFH + in-office, 3 days in office / week)

Role summary

We're hiring an AI Artist to create stunning AI-generated images, ad creatives, and videos for DTC brands running paid social at scale. You'll work across the full spectrum—from high-volume performance creatives to cinematic AI films with strong visual storytelling.

This role demands exceptional visual taste, deep prompt engineering skills, and the ability to polish AI outputs into production-ready assets. You'll be creating work that hooks in the first second and work that makes people stop and wonder how it was made.

What You'll Work With (Inputs)

Creative briefs, brand kits, and performance context

Reference images, mood boards, and style directions

Product photos, UGC, and raw assets for enhancement

What You'll Ship (Outputs)

AI-generated images and ad creatives (static + animated)

AI-generated video content (product demos, lifestyle scenes, cinematic sequences)

Polished assets edited in Photoshop / Figma ready for deployment

Prompt libraries and workflows for repeatable quality

Responsibilities

Create AI images and videos using Nano banana, Seedream, Midjourney, Flux, Kling, Runway, Luma, and similar tools

Write and refine prompts across AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Freepik, Ideogram) to achieve specific visual outcomes

Edit and composite AI outputs in Photoshop and Figma to production standards

Develop cinematic AI sequences with strong composition, lighting, and storytelling

Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data

Must-Haves

1–3 years creating AI-generated visual content—portfolio required

Strong visual taste : you understand cinematography, composition, color, and what makes an image feel right

Proficient in prompt engineering across multiple AI image / video platforms

Solid graphic design skills in Photoshop and Figma (editing, compositing, polish)

Fast execution, clear communication, organized file management

Nice-to-Haves

Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut)

Understanding of direct-response advertising and what converts on Meta / TikTok

Not a Good Fit

Pure traditional designers with no AI experience

Slow, perfectionist workflows that can't adapt to startup pace
