Senior System Engineer

The Role

This role is responsible for managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure. Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools. Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.

Skills Requirements

Mandatory Skillset -  O365, AD, server, Dell storage, network, SQL database, VM, Windows installation

Secondary Skillset -  server, storage and Nutanix, Citrix knowledge , , Virtual Environments, PC troubleshooting / vendor escalation, provide basic network troubleshooting, , email issues, cloud,  internet connectivity

Requirements

• Should have experience in Setting up and configuring servers and desktops.
• Should have experience in Installation of s / w and configuring VM and storage
• Should have experience in Troubleshooting any issue related to Windows.
• Should have experience in handling end-user issues.
• Should have experience working as a Cloud engineer for Exchange Online, Azure, and SharePoint Online.
• Should have experience in managing Users and provisioning user licenses in office365.
• Should have experience in the creation of a new Active Directory Management agent.
• Should have experience in Dell storage
• Should have experience in Nunatix
