Objective :
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our Staffing vertical at Dash Technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for Direct, MSP, and State clients across various domains in the U.S. market. A strong understanding of U.S. tax terms, visa classifications, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential to succeed in this role.
Required Skills :
Full-cycle recruitment experience for Direct, MSP, and State clients in the U.S. market.Strong domain knowledge in Healthcare, Life Sciences, BFSI, and eCommerce / Retail .In-depth understanding of U.S. visa types including H1B, GC, USC, TN, and EADs.Proficiency in U.S. tax terms such as C2C, W2, and 1099.Hands-on experience with contract, contract-to-hire (CTH) , and full-time placements .Proficient in sourcing candidates through job portals, databases, networking , and referrals .Skilled in resume screening, technical evaluation , and initial candidate interviews .Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and candidates.Excellent negotiation and offer-closure skills .Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver under tight timelines .Experience in reference checks, scheduling interviews , and onboarding coordination .Proactive approach with the ability to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline .Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology , or a related field.3-6 years of experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment .Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment CRM tools .High level of professionalism, reliability , and accountability .You can also apply through this link :
