Full Stack Developer –

Compensation : 30 LPA

Need to be available to start within 2-3 weeks or sooner

Insight Global is hiring a Full Stack Developer to join our client’s dynamic team supporting sales channel operations. You’ll collaborate with 2 developers and 2 testers to build and maintain scalable applications using modern technologies across both front-end and back-end.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full stack applications using React (front-end) and Java (back-end)

Build and integrate microservices , APIs , and containerized solutions using Docker

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations

Contribute to UI / UX improvements and backend performance optimization

✅ Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Java Developer

Strong proficiency in Java , Spring Boot , Redis , and API development

Hands-on experience with React for front-end development

Familiarity with Docker and microservices architecture

Proven success in large enterprise environments
