Technical Operations Management

• Oversee all building systems including HVAC electrical plumbing fire safety security and elevator systems
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment lifecycle and minimize downtime
• Monitor building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and business continuity planning
