Job Title: AR Caller / Accounts Receivable (Fresher)

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: Night Shift

• 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM
• 08:00 PM – 05:00 AM
• Transportation: Company-provided drop facility

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and career-driven freshers to join our Accounts Receivable (AR) team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain and are comfortable working in night shifts. The position involves interacting with US healthcare insurance companies to ensure timely reimbursement of claims.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Communicate with US healthcare insurance companies to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
• Analyze and resolve claim denials, underpayments, and payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all follow-up activities.
• Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize reimbursement and reduce aging.
• Coordinate with internal billing and coding teams to resolve claim-related issues.
• Adhere to company policies, processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• HSC (12th Pass), or
• Any Graduate interested in starting a career in the healthcare/BPO industry

Experience:

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work in night shifts.

Primary Skills Required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Basic understanding of US healthcare or AR calling (not mandatory).
• Prior experience in customer service or calling processes.
