We’re Hiring : IT Recruiters & Team Leads (C2H Hiring) – Chennai

We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team in Chennai and looking for both Recruiters (3–5 yrs) and Team Leads (7+ yrs) with strong C2H hiring expertise.

Roles Open :

IT Recruiter – 3 to 5 years of experience

Team Lead – IT Recruitment – 7+ years of experience, managing a team of ~8 recruiters

What You’ll Do :

✅ End-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) IT positions

✅ Source, screen, and interview top IT talent using Naukri, LinkedIn & other channels

✅ Partner with hiring managers & stakeholders for smooth recruitment delivery

✅ Drive negotiations, offers & onboarding of candidates

✅ (For Team Lead) Manage a team of 8 recruiters, track performance, and ensure target delivery

What We’re Looking For :

Strong experience in IT recruitment with C2H focus

Hands-on expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement & negotiation skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

(For Team Lead) Proven leadership in handling and mentoring a recruitment team

Location : Chennai

Work Mode : 5 days a week (On-site / Hybrid as per business need)
