Job Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Adhere to grooming standards
- Welcome and greet customers
- Use standard phrases when interacting with customers
- Introduce yourself and offer a shopping bag to every customer
- Guide customers to find the right product within the store
- Assist customers as needed
- Communicate product range, style, new innovations, and store promotions / offers to customers
- Share customer and merchandise feedback with DMs
