Team : Marketplace Risk & Fraud Team

Position Summary :

• Drives execution of business plans and projects by identifying customer / operational needs, developing / communicating plans, removing barriers, providing resources, setting performance standards, measuring progress, adjusting performance, and developing contingency plans.
• Provides supervision, mentors associates, assigns duties, builds team-based environments, sets performance expectations, conducts evaluations, and promotes recognition, coaching, and a belonging mindset.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, mission, values, and ethics, supporting the Open Door Policy.
• Evaluates effectiveness of plans / programs, collaborates with stakeholders, applies efficiency suggestions, and supports community outreach.

About the Team :

The Marketplace Engineering team builds core platforms / services to enable vast selection, competitive prices, and best-in-class post-order experience for third-party sellers on the client's e-commerce platform. They manage seller lifecycles, monitor customer experience, and deliver high-value insights for assortment, pricing, and inventory.
