About the Role

This is a full-time remote role for a Franchise Manager. The Franchise Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company. The Franchise Manager will collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and create business collaterals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management, marketing, or related field

Required Skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to identify market trends and customer needs

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Team player and ability to work independently with remote team members effectively

Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Knowledge of the education industry and early childhood development is a plus

Experience with CRM software
