Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a FileNet Developer and Administrator. The incumbent will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions using the IBM FileNet P8 platform for our global clients. This dual role requires a strong blend of development expertise in Java APIs and administration skills related to system configuration, support, and performance tuning.

Key Responsibilities

Development :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable FileNet-based enterprise content management and business process management (BPM) solutions.
• Customize IBM Content Navigator (ICN) through plugin development and front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Develop and enhance workflows using FileNet Process Designer and implement solutions within IBM Case Manager / BAW (Business Automation Workflow).
• Utilize FileNet Java APIs (Content Engine API, Process Engine API) for custom application development and integration with other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts and system architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
