Job Title : Operations Associate - Garage Allocations
Are you an experienced professional in managing customer complaints in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service?
We are seeking an amazing Garage Allocations Associate to join our team and help us deliver outstanding customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess :
- A minimum of 3 years experience in customer service or operations.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and garages.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to accurately assign bookings and flag issues.
Responsibilities include :
This is a contract role with potential extension depending on performance and business need.
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 08 : 00am - 17 : 00pm GMT (13 : 30pm - 22 : 30pm IST)
