We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers / entry-level candidates who are passionate about technology and customer service. You will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues and ensuring they have a positive experience with our products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software and hardware.
  • Assist customers in setting up and configuring products.
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues in the support system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated on product features and technical specifications.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and ticketing systems.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.

    Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech / B.E), Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
