We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers / entry-level candidates who are passionate about technology and customer service. You will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues and ensuring they have a positive experience with our products.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software and hardware.
- Assist customers in setting up and configuring products.
- Document and track customer interactions and issues in the support system.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on product features and technical specifications.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.Familiarity with customer service software and ticketing systems.Basic knowledge of networking concepts.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.Education
