Job Title : Associate Director – Sales (Financing / Leasing)

Location : Ahmedabad / Surat

Experience : Minimum 8 years

We're hiring an Associate Director – Sales (Financing / Leasing) to join our leadership sales team in multiple key cities across India.

As the Associate Director – Sales, your responsibilities would be :

  • Originate, manage, and grow client relationships with mid-market corporates.
  • Lead the deal lifecycle, including structuring, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Expand the client base within your assigned geography.
  • Help build and mentor city / regional teams as needed.
  • Drive pipeline growth and ensure consistent revenue.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the financing sector, specifically in direct debt or leasing.
  • Proven expertise in structured finance or leasing solutions.
  • Strong network of relationships with mid-market corporates and industry stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned markets.
  • High level of professional integrity and clear communication.
