Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
You will be responsible for customizing modules, building applications, and integrating third-party services to align with the organization's ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and business goals.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with scripting, ServiceNow APIs, and multiple modules within the platform.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, etc.)
- Customize workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client / server scripts
- Create and maintain ServiceNow applications, catalog items, and integrations
- Perform unit testing and resolve defects to ensure software quality and performance
- Develop custom applications using ServiceNow Studio and scoped apps
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (REST / SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO, etc.)
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing ServiceNow modules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional
solutions

Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)Experience in CMDB, Discovery, and Asset ManagementHands-on with HRSD, ITOM, SecOps, or GRC modules (as & Customization :JavaScript, Glide APIs, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script IncludesUI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Service Portal DevelopmentFlow Designer, Workflows, and & APIs :REST and SOAP Web ServicesMID Server configuration and integrationSSO, LDAP, Azure AD & Platforms :ServiceNow Studio, Update Sets, Scoped AppsExperience with Performance Analytics, Service Catalog, NotificationsVersion Control (Git) and Agile tools :Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field6-8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administrationServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - requiredCertified Application Developer (CAD) or module-specific certifications - preferredStrong understanding of ITIL framework and service delivery processesExcellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation to Have :Knowledge of ATF (Automated Test Framework)Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines on ServiceNowExperience with multi-instance and domain-separated environments(ref : hirist.tech)
