Position : Full Stack Lead Developer (Hands-On)

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a hands-on Full Stack Lead Developer with strong expertise in modern web technologies, AI integrations, and scalable cloud-based architectures. You will be instrumental in building, integrating, and scaling TruBot AI’s product suite — working directly with the founding team to shape the future of an emerging AI platform.
Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Development : Design, build, and deploy scalable web applications using Next.js , React.js , Node.js / NestJS , and MongoDB .API Development & Integration : Develop clean and efficient REST APIs and integrate third-party services, including AI models and social media APIs .AI & Cloud Integration : Implement Azure OpenAI and other AI models into applications to enhance automation and intelligence.CI / CD & Deployment : Configure and manage Azure App Services with GitHub Actions for automated deployments.Code Quality & Testing : Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while following industry best practices.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with product, design, and leadership teams to translate business goals into robust technical solutions.Performance & SEO Optimization : Ensure high performance, security, and SSR / SEO optimization for Next.js applications.Must Have
Minimum 5 to 15 years experienceStrong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScriptProficiency with Next.js and React.js for front-end developmentExperience with Node.js or NestJS for backend servicesFamiliarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databasesHands-on experience with Azure App Services and GitHub Actions (CI / CD)Strong understanding of REST API development and integrationAbility to write clean, modular, and reusable codeExposure to AI / ML concepts and their integration into applicationsGood to Have
Experience integrating social media APIs (Meta, , Instagram, X / Twitter)Knowledge of Stripe (subscriptions, payments, and billing automation)Familiarity with Azure OpenAI and prompt optimization techniquesUnderstanding of SSR and SEO management in Next.jsPrior experience in a startup or fast-paced product environmentWhat You’ll Gain
