Job description

Cloud Data Delivery is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in cloud-based data solutions.

Key Responsibilities :
Modernize ETL pipelines using cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure, and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements.
Debug data and possess in-depth knowledge of enterprise analytics stacks, including big data and business intelligence.
Proven track record with hyperscaler environments like Databricks or Snowflake, and experience with Informatica (IDMC / CDGC) or similar cloud ETL tools.
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and apply best practices, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.

Leadership Experience :

Minimum 10+ years in IT project delivery leadership roles, ideally as technical leads or offshore center leads, overseeing large-scale projects and managing cross-functional teams.

Prior experience managing cloud modernization projects for North American clients, driving innovation and delivering results-driven solutions.

Strong problem-solving skills, effective status reporting, and timely delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Collaboration and Communication :

Flexibility to work 6 hours aligned with EST, despite location, and a collaborative mindset that fosters open communication and teamwork.

Background in leading client calls, escalations, and engaging with North American stakeholders, ensuring seamless relationships and conflict resolution.

Business Outcomes :

Experience in managing project budgets, reducing delays, and accelerating migration velocity, driving business growth and improvement.

Soft Skills :

Leading technical discussions, communicating with executive stakeholders, and politely addressing issues, ensuring clear understanding and buy-in.

Collaborative mindset, strong status reporting, and proactive risk management for a team of 25 members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Responsibility for hiring and firing team members, ensuring the right talent is in place to drive success.

Certifications and Tools :

Experience with Informatica, Databricks, Snowflake; cloud platform certification(s) preferred, demonstrating expertise and commitment to excellence.
