Overview
As a Freelancer US Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our healthcare clients. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that healthcare professionals are placed in positions that suit their skills and career goals, ultimately contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting full-cycle recruitment for healthcare professionals including nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff
- Utilizing various sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
- Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their skills and cultural fit
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified healthcare candidates
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Managing offer negotiations and facilitating the hiring process
- Ensuring compliance with all healthcare industry regulations and standards
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools effectively
- Developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals and fostering candidate loyalty
- Staying updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices
- Providing exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Contributing to the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives

Required Qualifications
