About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination. You will play a key role in attracting and hiring the best technical and support talent to meet our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and non-IT roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and define candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
- Screen and evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and interview panels.
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for selected candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Promote employer branding and a positive candidate experience at every stage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the IT domain.Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing strategies.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills.
