Position : Senior Java Developer (Backend or Full-stack)

Working Mode : Hybrid - 3 days WFO in Bangalore, 2 days WFH

30 days of Notice Period Max

Position Overview :

Our client is a product innovation studio and product development firm. They are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to be part of their growing team. What Youll Do :

Develop high-quality software solutions while applying Design Thinking, Lean, and Agile principles.
Contribute to the development of greenfield projects using languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Go, and Scala.
Work closely with colleagues in a flat and transparent environment, focused on delivering impact.
Support and mentor junior engineers by sharing knowledge and providing constructive feedback.
Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and best practices.
Take part in designing and architecting scalable, reliable systems.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical problems.
Keep yourself current with new technologies, frameworks, and trends in software engineering.

What Were Looking For :

4+ years of professional software development experience.

Proficiency in multiple programming languages, with strong experience in Java (Python and NodeJS are also welcome).

Solid background in server-side development.

Front-end development experience using ReactJS, AngularJS, PolymerJS, EmberJS, or jQuery.

Deep interest in software craftsmanship and best development practices.

Strong problem-solving ability with analytical thinking.

Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Bonus Skills :

Strong product and customer-oriented approach.

Excellent object-oriented design skills and knowledge of design patterns.

Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines.

Exposure to Big Data, Machine Learning, and NLP.

Location & Process :

Hybrid role based in Bangalore (relocation package provided on a case-by-case basis)
