Pcb Design Lead

Job Description :

Seeking a skilled PCB design Engineer with more than 7 Years of hands-on experience in multi-layer and mixed signal PCB Board Design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the schematic and PCB design of cutting-edge Traction Inverters and vehicle control units .

Key Responsibilities :

• ECAD : Design complex schematic and multi-layered PCB layout in compliance with internal guidelines & statutory standards.
• Compliance & Safety : Ensure all PCB designs comply with relevant industry standards and certifications, such as IPC series (PCB Design) ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), IEC 61800 (Drive Systems), and automotive EMC standards.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous innovation in hardware architecture. Research and integrate new technologies and methods to enhance system performance, reduce costs and improve scalability.
• Documentation & Version Control : Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs for schematic and PCB layout design. Manage version control of electronic component libraries and PCB placements. Prepare design validation and PCB approval reports aligned with compliance requirements.
