Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Supervisor located in Bhopal. The Assistant Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the Supervisor in daily operations, managing team members, coordinating activities, and ensuring work quality and productivity. They will also assist in training new employees, implementing policies and procedures, and handling administrative tasks.

• Ability to coordinate activities and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in training and development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous supervisory or assistant supervisory experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
