Job description

Designation : Senior Account Executive – Public Relations

Experience : 4–6 years (Agency experience mandatory)

Sectoral Experience Preferred

  • Real Estate
  • Fintech / BFSI
  • Corporate & B2B
  • Technology

Core Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers across business and trade media.
  • Independently manage client accounts — from strategy to execution.
  • Develop and pitch compelling story ideas to secure consistent, high-impact coverage.
  • Draft press releases, authored articles, and briefing documents with precision and clarity.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage;

    • prepare reports and recommendations for clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute integrated PR campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor movements, and client-specific developments.
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and proactively identify PR opportunities.

    • Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, PR, Journalism, or Marketing.
  • 4–6 years of proven PR agency experience (not digital / social media marketing).
  • Strong understanding of business and financial media landscape.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong media network and a proactive approach to relationship building.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple clients.
  • A team player who can also take independent ownership.
