To engage and interact with decision makers at senior level for new & emerging business opportunities
To identify & qualify opportunities for cross selling of products & service to generate business & profitability
To deal appropriately with client queries received via telephone or email.
To handle inbound client calls and tender enquiries
To maintain & update the information in our system
What You Need to Succeed
Qualifications and Technical Skills :
Degree / Diploma in BSc (physics & chemistry), Engineering Overall and Specific Experience :
Working Knowledge of Word, excel, Use of CRM software is an added advantage, Good English, Good communication & listening skills.
Having previous calling experience is an added advantage"
