Job descriptionData Cloud architecture, data models, harmonization, calculated insights, identity resolution Data Cloud Query Language (DQL) and advanced segmentation Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce data architectures Solid understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, data modeling, and API frameworks Experience with API-based integrations, ETL / ELT pipelines, and event-driven architectures Familiarity with cloud-native architectures : AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks Expertise in data architecture, data governance, MDM, data lakes, and warehousing Strong experience with middleware platforms like MuleSoft Knowledge of real-time personalization, predictive insights, and recommendation engines Experience integrating AI / ML models with Data Cloud using tools like Einstein Studio Hands-on with model builder and integrating external LLMs with Agentforce Advanced analytics and Customer 360 implementations Experience working with US-based clients Ability to coordinate effectively between onsite and offshore teams Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to guide development teams in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning implementations Healthcare domain experience Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tableau, Einstein Analytics Designing unified data platforms / CDPs at scale Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) Experience with Agentforce solutions involving RAG-based retrievers Familiarity with data security, data governance policies, and regulatory frameworks Strong problem-solving mindset with multiple solutioning approaches Ability to engage with enterprise architecture teams for data modeling and strategy discussions Leadership in defining scalable, maintainable architectures
