Finance Lead

Role Description

We are seeking a Finance Lead to take ownership of FP&A, MIS, and financial reporting. You will be responsible for building financial visibility, driving budgeting and forecasting processes, and equipping leadership with the insights necessary to make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A – budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, scenario planning, and unit economics.
• Own MIS and reporting – deliver clear, accurate, and timely financial and business insights to leadership and investors.
• Build and improve financial models to support decision-making across product, operations, and business teams.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate the financial impact of initiatives, pricing, and growth opportunities.
• Set up and refine processes, dashboards, and controls to scale the finance function.
• Coordinate with the external accounting team to ensure smooth bookkeeping, reconciliations, and compliance.
• Support audits, investor reporting, and board-level requirements.
