Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant to CEO role based in Delhi. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the CEO, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, preparing expense reports, and ensuring seamless day-to-day administrative coordination. Responsibilities include diary management, organizing meetings, conducting necessary follow-ups, and assisting with key initiatives. The role requires high organizational and communication skills to support the executive effectively.
Qualifications- Minimum 4 years in Executive Assistant role
Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and providing Executive Support.
Experience in preparing Expense Reports and maintaining effective records.
Expertise in Diary Management and handling calendar coordination.
Cross Functional Department coordination
Strong capabilities in Administrative Assistance and organizational tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced professional environment.
Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
