Performance Marketing Expert

Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Expert who will work for both JIMS & ISBF to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, innovative, and focused on generating high-quality leads and maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms for both JIMS & ISBF.

Design and implement lead generation, retargeting, and conversion optimization strategies.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards, and generate actionable insights.

Coordinate with content, design, and admissions teams across both institutions to ensure campaign consistency.

Conduct A / B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

Manage budgets efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor benchmarks, and platform updates.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

3–5 years of proven experience in performance / digital marketing, ideally in the education sector.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.

Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM-based reporting.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
