• Designing and creating engaging seminar-style animated audio-visual presentations (using PowerPoint).
• Working with source material provided by producers and experts in their fields.
• Replacing copyrighted images or recreating images.
• Spotting mistakes and finding solutions in-house.
• Basic audio editing (training will be provided).
• Coordinate and work with other teams involved in the production process.
• Other duties as needed.Basic Qualifications and Requisites
• A biomedical / life science-related doctoral degree (PhD).
• Excellent English : high standards in writing and verbal communication are essential at aprofessional level.
• Excellent reading comprehension and ability to concisely convey main points.
• Well-developed aesthetic feel for the use of colour and design in communication.
• Experience with MS Office, PowerPoint in particular.
• Ability to convert written points into graphic form.
• Strong typographical and composition skills.
• High level of self-motivation in the pursuit of excellence.
• Meticulous attention to detail.Additional Qualifications and Skills
• Official English accreditation (minimum of 6.5 in IELTS or minimum of 85 in TOEFL) - Advantage.
• Vast and proven experience in medical communications or education - Advantage.
• Portfolio or work samples (PowerPoint presentations preferable) - Advantage.
• Knowledge of graphic software (i.e., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) - Advantage.
• Knowledge of audio editing software (Audacity) - Advantage.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues
