Role Description

This is a full-time, in office / on-site role for a Sr. Architect - Constructions . For high speed projects .

Ability to work with draftsman to ensure speed and integration of technical drawings ,high level of proficiency in Auto-Cad and on site execution along with understanding of BMC norm , experience with PEB & Steel structure norms are the key requirement of this job role.

Budget & Cost Control : Expertise in BOQ review, cost estimation, value engineering, and P&L oversight.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination : Prequalification, negotiations, monitoring performance, and enforcing SLAs.

Execution : The Sr. Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural design projects, managing and integrating development processes, and ensuring successful execution of constructions of project management. Day-to-day tasks involve creating detailed architectural plans, coordinating with construction on site- teams, ensuring project goals are met within deadlines, and generating comprehensive project reports.

Compliance & Safety : Adherence to statutory norms, safety regulations, and environmental sustainability.

Leadership, Teaming & Resource utilization : Ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor juniors, and resolve conflicts effectively. The Sr. Architect will also guide junior architects and collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations. Manpower, contractors, and resource allocation.

Qualifications & Technical aspects

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.

Added Advantage – PMP, PRINCE2, or LEED / Green Building certification. Mechanical & Software Expertise :

Project Management Tools – MS Project, Primavera P6.

Design & Coordination – AutoCAD, Revit (basic).

• Design & Drafting : AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino.
• 3D Visualization & Rendering : 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape.
• BIM & Detailing : Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks (for coordination).
• Presentation & Graphics : Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Bonus – Knowledge of parametric design tools (Grasshopper), GIS, and VR / AR-based walkthroughs.
• Hands-on exposure to hospitality, residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. Software & Technical Proficiency :
