Job description

Guide teams and organization on Agile practices

Manage cycle of assessing and improving scrum team practices and maturity

Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives

Partners with Product Owner(s) to ensure continuous refinement of backlog, which may include stories from multiple projects

Use Experience in planning and estimating to determine sprint scope based on the team's velocity and capabilities while partnering with the product owner on prioritization.

Proactively addresses systemic impediments to team agility and guides the team(s) to escalate when needed to prevent challenges from becoming blockers.
