Job descriptionLead the product strategy and roadmap for one or more verticals within our stock broking platform, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and market trends. Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Define and prioritize product initiatives based on data-driven insights, market research, and user feedback. Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation through to launch, ensuring seamless execution with cross-functional teams. Conduct in-depth market and product research, identifying opportunities for differentiation and innovation in the competitive fintech space. Analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments and optimizations to maximize user satisfaction and business outcomes. Collaborate closely with marketing, and customer success teams to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement. Represent the product vision and roadmap to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding at all levels of the organization. Oversee the development of product requirement documents (PRDs) and ensure engineering teams have the clarity needed for successful execution. Champion customer feedback and ensure it is integrated into the product roadmap to continuously improve user experiences. Ensure consistency and alignment across the product portfolio, working closely with other product leaders and teams. 11+ Years of experience in Product Management in B2C product-based companies. Strong expertise in equity and derivatives trading within the Indian capital markets. Proven track record of successfully managing and mentoring high-performing product teams. Expertise in product lifecycle management, from concept to launch, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making. Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics to measure product performance. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and drive cross-functional collaboration. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business outcomes. Experience in prioritizing competing product initiatives and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience with product prioritization frameworks.
