Job Title : Manager - Paid Media

Location : Gurgaon

Role overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing expert to lead strategy, performance, and account management across Search, Social, and Programmatic channels for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital performance marketing, proven experience in managing large client portfolios, and the ability to lead a team of high-performing digital specialists.

This role demands both strategic vision and operational excellence-you’ll partner with clients to deliver impactful campaigns, optimize performance, and drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leads strategy, performance and account management on all key digital channels (Search, Social, Programmatic etc) for a variety of clients.
• Be responsible for full client management process from enabling acquisition and onboarding, to day-to-day Digital Ad Operations and performance of client accounts, requiring interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage a team of 10-15 people reporting into you and be responsible for Team Growth and planning personal development programs for subordinates.
• Own, manage and grow digital channel strategies for a client portfolio of 8-10 accounts.
• Work with leadership to modify strategic plans to provide expert advice, strategic thinking and guidance to client on all digital campaigns and delivery.
• Understand and stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape and internal product development efforts.
