Role Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in the Chennai region, ensuring achievement of sales targets, team performance, and effective customer engagement for our Sports Medicine division. You will act as a coach and leader for the Territory Sales Managers reporting to you.
Key Responsibilities :
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Science / Pharma or MBA in Sales & Marketing.
10–13 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in orthopedics / sports medicine.
Prior experience in working with surgeons, hospitals, and procurement teams .
Experience in sales operations, strategy development, and market analysis
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
