Job Brief (About the Role)

We’re building the next-generation Social Networking Platform – and we need a highly skilled

AI / ML Engineer

to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. You will work on high impact projects personalized feed ranking, AI powered moderation, NLP driven content understanding, and fraud / spam detection – powering, engaging, safe and scalable user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Build & Optimize

large scale recommendation systems for personalized content feeds.

Develop AI Moderation Tools

to detect spam, harmful content, and fake accounts in real time.

Implement NLP Models

for sentiment analysis, content tagging, and automated moderation.

Create Computer Vision Solutions

for image / video classification and object detection.

Analyze Massive Datasets

to uncover actionable product and user insights.

Deploy & Maintain

ML models in production with low-latency, high availability APIs

Continuously Improve

models through monitoring, A / B testing, and retraining.

Collaborate

with backend and product teams to integrate AI seamlessly into the platform.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years

in AI / ML engineering, preferably in social media, e-commerce, or other content-based platforms.

Proven expertise in

recommendation systems, NLP , or

computer vision .

Proficiency in

Python

and ML Frameworks ( TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn ).

Experience deploying models to production ( APIs, Docker, Kubernetes ).

Knowledge of deep learning architectures ( CNNs, RNNs, Transformers ).

Familiarity with cloud platforms ( AWS, GCP, Azure ) and MLOps practices.

Preferred Skills

Experience with big data tools ( Spark, Hadoop ).

Understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and explainable AI techniques.

Exposure to large-scale, real time inference systems.

Education

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field

(Master’s / PhD preferred) .
