Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Content Creation : Assist in creating engaging written, visual, and video content for our social media platforms, website, and marketing campaigns.
  • Social Media Management : Support in curating content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, , and TikTok, including posting, scheduling, and monitoring engagement.
  • Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor content, and audience preferences to help shape content strategies.
  • Brand Voice : Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and design teams to brainstorm, create, and execute content ideas.
  • Performance Tracking : Assist with tracking and analyzing content performance through analytics tools, and help suggest improvements based on insights.
  • Creative Input : Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and content initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, , etc.) and understanding of digital trends.
  • Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design software) is a plus.
  • Experience with video editing (using tools like Adobe Premiere, iMovie, or similar) is a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for creativity, innovation, and storytelling.
