About the Job

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing secure, automated CI / CD pipelines and infrastructure provisioning for API externalization initiatives. You will integrate security practices into DevOps workflows, ensure compliance, and enable rapid, reliable deployments across AWS environments. The role requires strong technical expertise in AWS services, DevSecOps tools, and collaboration with API development teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement CI / CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, or GitLab.
• Integrate security tools like SonarQube and Snyk into pipelines for code quality and vulnerability scanning.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates using Terraform and AWS / Azure.
• Containerize and deploy API services on AWS ECS / EKS.
• Implement monitoring and observability using tools such as Datadog.
• Manage role-based access controls, secrets, and compliance policies.
• Coordinate closely with API development teams to ensure smooth integration and secure deployments.
• Conduct post-deployment validation, create documentation, and support knowledge transfer.
• Integrate SAST and SCA tools into CI / CD pipelines and support DAST and penetration testing automation.
• Implement AI-driven container security measures including image scanning and signing.
• Ensure vulnerability management and patch management processes are followed.
• Collaborate on threat modeling and security posture assessments.
• Enable smart deployment strategies (Blue / Green, Canary) and release automation.
• Support AIOps-driven incident response and monitoring for self-healing capabilities.
