Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile HR Assistant who will serve as the backbone of our daily operations at Neural Nurture. This role goes beyond traditional HR functions—you'll be instrumental in building our talent pipeline, ensuring smooth administrative workflows, and creating a positive workplace environment. As our HR Assistant, you'll work directly with leadership and our research team, gaining exposure to the unique intersection of HR operations in a cutting-edge AI research environment. Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment Support – Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding

Administrative Operations – Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and coordinate with our Chartered Accountant to streamline GST, TDS filings, and other compliance processes

Customer Support – Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing timely support and ensuring positive employee experience

Office Management – Oversee daily office operations, including opening and closing the office premises

What We're Looking For :

Currently residing in Indore

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with ability to handle confidential information

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred
