Search Engine Optimization Manager (Immediate Start)

We’re hiring a strategic and results-driven SEO Manager to lead our content and SEO efforts at Refrens.com. If you know how to grow traffic, rank content, and lead a team — we want you!

What You’ll Do :

• Own the full content strategy — from idea to publishing (blogs, landing pages, etc.)
• Write and optimize SEO-friendly content that ranks and adds value
• Build a content calendar using keyword research and market trends
• Do keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap audits
• Manage a small team of SEO execs and content writers
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and new AI-driven SERP changes (like SGE)
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini to speed up content and SEO tasks
• Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
• Work with design, product, and dev teams to align SEO with business goals
• Run backlink strategies and outreach campaigns to boost domain authority
• Keep up with AI and digital trends to keep Refrens ahead
