Job descriptionProficient in Tally, Excel, and standard site accounting procedures. Organized and detail-oriented in recordkeeping and approvals. Experience in vendor documentation, GRN processes, and statutory deductions. Believes in teamwork, task ownership and accountability. High integrity, self-driven, respects team ethics, dependable. Ready to work in challenging site conditions with tight timelines and high standards. Willing to adapt to collaborative digital tools, mobile apps, and reporting systems. This role requires consistent presence and dedication on site; candidates unable to commit full-time to project timelines should refrain from applying.

Qualification : B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
Industry Exposure : Industrial / Infrastructure Site Accounting

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage site imprest, petty cash details, vouchers, and vendor bills.
- Maintain records for diesel, GRN, vendor payments, and inventory entries.
- Coordinate with Head Office Accounts and vendors for ledger reconciliation and timely disbursements.
- Ensure compliance and audit readiness of all site-level financial records.
