Job Title : Business Analyst – Senior II
Location : Gurgoan, India
Type : Full-Time | Senior II Level
Experience : 5 – 7 Years
Salary Range : ₹22 – 28 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using methodologies like Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Create and interpret UML and BPMN diagrams (use cases, activity, state diagrams).
- Design ER diagrams, perform data mapping, and support integrations with JSON / XML.
- Interpret REST and SOAP APIs and collaborate on API documentation.
- Write test cases, UAT scenarios, and handle defect triaging.
- Act as a project lead and mentor Business Analysis Trainees.
- Conduct gap analysis, requirements traceability, and change management.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously using JIRA and other collaboration tools.
- Partner with QA teams for UAT and testing processes.
Requirements
5–7 years of experience in a Business Analyst role within an IT organization.Proven experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Deep domain knowledge in industries such as BFSI, healthcare, e-commerce.Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, Asana.Proficiency in diagramming / wireframing tools : Lucidchart, Draw.io, Visio, Balsamiq, Miro, Whimsical, Adobe XD, Figma.Knowledge of testing tools : TestRail, Zephyr, Browserstack, Jira QA plugins (Xray).Awareness of DevOps processes (CI / CD pipelines, release management, containerization).Understanding of Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway).Basic understanding of database architecture (MySQL Workbench, ER / Studio, pgAdmin).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Certifications required : CBAP, PMI-PBA (mandatory).PMP certification is a plus.Benefits
