Schbang is looking for someone who can juggle social media management, hashtags, Vox Pops, and a little bit of chaos — all while keeping their cool.

What You’ll Do

Manage and moderate content across social media platforms

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of campaigns

Conduct Vox Pops — from ideation to execution (yes, talking to real humans!)

Bring fresh ideas to the table for content creation and social media strategy

Ensure timely delivery and reporting of campaigns

What We’re Looking For

Experience in managing & moderating social media content

Strong coordination and basic operations know-how

Comfortable managing and conducting Vox Pops

Fluency in Hindi & English (bonus points if you can mix them effortlessly)

A knack for content ideation, storytelling, and building social media strategies
