Role Description : Brand Designer
This is a job description for a highly versatile Brand Designer who will own the visual identity and experience across static, motion, and interactive platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Identity & Illustration
- Design and govern the core visual identity system (logo, typography, color palette, imagery style) and comprehensive brand guidelines.
- Develop and create original custom illustrations and iconography that align with the brand's personality, for use across marketing, product, and content.
- Translate complex ideas and concepts into clear, compelling, and brand-aligned visual narratives.
- Design and produce a wide range of static marketing and communication assets (e.G., social media graphics, ad banners, presentations, print collateral).
Motion Graphics & Animation
Conceptualize, storyboard, and animate high-quality motion graphics for digital channels (social media, website, product explainers, video content).Define and apply the brand's motion language , including animated logos, transition effects, and kinetic typography.Collaborate with the UI / UX team to integrate subtle, purposeful micro-interactions and animations into digital products to enhance engagement and user feedback.UI / UX Design & Digital Experience
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure the brand identity is flawlessly and consistently executed across all digital products (web, mobile apps, landing pages).Design, iterate on, and test user interface (UI) components (buttons, forms, menus, widgets) to ensure visual coherence with the brand and excellent usability.Contribute to the user experience (UX) process by creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, maintaining a focus on accessibility and user-centered design principles.Help develop and maintain the digital Design System , ensuring all components are documented and reusable across teams.Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on brand development and digital projects.Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity, motion graphics, UI / UX design, and custom illustration.Expert proficiency in industry-standard design and motion software :Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro).Motion Graphics : Adobe After Effects (essential).UI / UX / Prototyping : Figma or Sketch / Adobe XD (essential).Solid understanding of fundamental design principles (typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy).Deep knowledge of UI / UX principles , responsive design, and best practices for web and mobile platforms.Excellent visual storytelling abilities, able to communicate concepts clearly and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
