Job Summary : We are seeking an Account Manager to manage our client relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to their inquiries and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects and to address client issues and concerns.
- Monitor and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Create compelling content calendars and schedules tailored to each client's target audience, industry trends, and marketing goals.
- Conduct in-depth social media audits and performance analysis, providing regular insights and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices, incorporating new techniques and technologies into client strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, account management, and digital marketing to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
- Oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, A / B testing, and performance tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in client servicing and account management.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client issues and concerns.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel & PowerPoint.Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising is a plus
