HR Systems & Business Analyst - Learning & Engagement

Degree or equivalent experience.

• Required expertise in LMS, including Docebo and advanced proficiency with Super Admin

capabilities..

• Experience with the administration of employee survey or engagement platforms

(Qualtrics) is a significant plus.

• Proven ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to

translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Experience with API integrations and applying AI to enhance reporting and data analysis

is preferred.
